Responsibility comes with those student credit cards. These small pieces of plastic can create big problems for those who are unaware. College days are party days along with studying and it is easy to rack up credit bills while having all that fun.
This is not to say students are not prepared to deal with credit, it is just that they need to understand not to misuse them. Once again the budget comes into play and but be followed if you don’t want to fall into that pit of debt. Keeping track of school work and tests is a lot already but keeping track of your spending is just as important. If the credit card cam be put away and used only for emergencies then you can be fine, it is the everyday use that requires more focus to follow all the spending.
Splurging is fun and we all like to have fun but buying that next round of beer for all your friends and the numerous cans of soda all add up. If you are diligent enough you will not need to call your folks to bail you out of a stupid mistake of not keeping track of your spending. Be responsible and learn to handle your money.
